Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership is open to all Ship owning, Ship Management and Ship Operating companies together with Government controlled purchasing organisations. Up to a maximum of five (5) persons can be named against one Corporate Membership.

One (1) Corporate Membership equals one (1) vote in matters concerning the Association at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Fees:
£200 per annum (invoiced annually on joining date anniversary)

Full Membership (Individual)

Full Membership is open to individuals in ship owning, ship management and operating companies who work in the area of purchasing and supply. Full Membership can only be granted on an individual basis.

One (1) Full Membership equals one (1) vote in matters concerning the Association at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Fees
£80 per annum (invoiced annually on joining date anniversary)

Associate Membership

Associate Membership is open to companies and/or individuals who are employed in the purchasing and supply of goods and/or services to the marine industry including manufacturers, ship supply organisations and ship repair and ship building companies.

Associate membership applications must be supported by two references, BOTH OF WHICH MUST BE FROM SHIP MANAGEMENT OR SHIP OWNING COMPANIES, ideally one of which should be an IMPA member.

One (1) Associate Membership equals one (1) vote in matters concerning the Association at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Fees
£120 Joining Fee (one off initial payment)
£240 per annum (invoiced annually on joining date anniversary)

Associate/Corporate Membership

Associate/Corporate Membership is open at the discretion of the General Council to multi-office companies who are employed in the purchasing and supply of goods and/or services to the marine industry including manufacturers, ship supply organisations and ship repair and ship building companies.. This membership is suitable for larger manufacturing and ship supply organisations who will benefit from one overall membership classification up to a maximum of five persons can be named against one Associate/Corporate membership. A completed application form for membership must be forwarded to the secretariat office for review by the general council who are empowered to grant Associate/Corporate Membership to qualifying companies and/or individuals –

One (1) Associate/Corporate Membership equals one (1) vote in matters concerning the Association at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
