The 2010 IMPA Purchasing Professionals Salary Survey…Get Involved Today!

How does your pay measure up against other purchasing staff around the world?  Do you want to know how you’re fairing in the salary stakes?  With your assistance IMPA is going to help you find out…

Get involved and find out by taking two minutes (it really does only take that long) to complete the ‘2010 Purchasing Professionals Survey’, a joint research project between IMPA and global shipping recruitment agency Spinnaker Consulting.

The idea behind this project is to assist purchasing staff all over the world to benchmark their salaries.  It will also allow boards and remuneration committees to see statistically valid salary benchmarks in order to hold themselves up to shareholder, employee and public scrutiny - proving that they are spending shareholders’ funds wisely, paying staff fairly and rewarding performance sensibly.

The information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence and none of your personal information will be made public.  A report showing the findings of the survey will be send to all participants for their own information and the anonymous report will be uploaded on to the members-only area of the IMPA website.  A study of the report will also be published in IMPA’s magazine Marine Trader.
